Need something other than will power to boost my moral start my 30 minute workout routines. I say "I'm going to get up earlier and exercise in the morning." when morning comes the snoozer button is hit! So then I say "I'll just exercise as soon as I get home from work." after a sixteen hour day I'll fairly exhausted and alls I want to do is eat something and sit on the couch to watch tv. It would be helpful if I could actually fall asleep at night at a reasonable hour and sleep the night through, but that doesn't happen either. So I'm tired and semi motivated to exercise, but I have no extra energy.
112.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
