@Gentiana30: increase your protein intake without decreasing your caloric intake: eggs, whole milk, nuts, beans, fish, turkey, chicken, red meat. Eggs are usually the highest quality (assimilation, amino profile) at the lowest cost per gram of protein. Milk is easy and nearly as good of an amino profile. Whole milk will help you gain easier than reduced fat, if you are truly a hardgainer, and seems to have additional benefits. Remember to eat enough calories. You have everything hidden and cannot receive messages.

Thank you Tom for the help I've incesssed my
Protein intake to 85 grams and carbs to at least 200 grams and fat between 35 to 45 games of fat
