The last couple of days have been crazy busy. I didn't even have time to log on here. I had 2 birthday celebrations back to back and I feel fun!!
I have been reading this book "Allergies, Disease in Disguise" by Carolee Bateson-Koch DC ND it is really interesting talking about food and how sometimes we are diagnosed with an illness when in reality it is a reaction to food that we eat. I am about a third of the way in and in the book she outlines an elimination diet that I am seriously thinking about trying since I know that I have food allergies. If nothing else i am just gaining new information on how to take care of me and my husband.
