I ate a crap load of junk because I was so depressed that I gained this week. I am upset with this weight gain, especially since I really didn't binge over the weekend.
57.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
