Day 2 on my 5 day business trip and so far the battle is a draw...which really is a victory isn't it?
It's tough to track what I eat when I am going to one-off restaurants. I had a spinach salad with cheese for diner last night. It was responsible, but I was still very hungry.
At least I don't have a bar fridge in the hotel to raid!
Bring it on life! I am ready!

Day at a time right? Traveling is a really tough thing to keep under control. Better choices when eating out are at least the first step. Stay active if you can, does the hotel have a gym? Weather good enough to take a walk... I know I'm captain obvious lol!
