Don't knock yourself too much about it. We all have those days from time to time. Let today be a better day. One day at a time....

I did exactly the same yesterday. Decided to just let it go and carry on eating healthy today. One good thing, I am not craving anything unhealthy today :-)

One day isn’t a disaster. Beating yourself up about it will ruin your resolve, though. If you tell yourself you can’t do it, you will surely fail. Put it behind you and rather than spending time dwelling on it, plan your next few days’ meals so that you know in advance what your calories will work out at. It makes it easier to stay on track. All the best!

Also counting calories. Don't give up... start again today and try weigh only once a week. That's where i go wrong and then also get despondent. How many calories are you eating a day?

@Tinycel, I am trying to be under 1500 per day. I am quite a big girl so it gets getting used to.

I've given up on counting calories, it just didn't work for me.
Realised that as soon as I eat carbs then I get the "munchies" and I want to everything in sight. Changed my eating plan to a low carb high fat plan and somehow my daily calories also fell into place. The high fat keeps me fuller for longer and no more "munchies"
