Back to the gym today for the first time in two weeks. It felt good. Now if I will just be regular about it, at least 2 times a week and walk at least a mile every day. I've walked 1 mile a day this week, for 6 days in a row. I feel good about that. I'll shoot for Thursday morning to work out again.
