Ok so I am still bouncing around on the scale, but I have not had any extra carbs. I will continue to tweak my diet, don't really care for tuna but I will try some and also chicken salad since i am so tired of just baked chicken. Will also try to increase my water intake

Savannahlnc, if you are counting net carbs and currently in induction, you need to limit your net carbs to 20. Your calories look very good. The only thing I saw that is common to prevent weight loos is your use of sausage and Atkins bars. Sausage if full of added fillers. In addition, Atkins bars have a tendency to cause stalls in weight loss. I would cut these out for at least a week and see if you notice an improvement.
