Darnit! I caught the bug that's been going around my office. So far it's just a sinus thing it SNOT bad. (haha, see what I did there🤣) I wanna go hit the treadmill at the gym this evening but I don't wanna spread my kooties. Anyone know when the contagious period of this kinda stuff is? I started feeling yucky Wednesday & just got snotty yesterday.

According to the Mayo Clinic, you're contagious a day or so before you start to show symptoms and you stay contagious until your symptoms dissipate altogether. So if you're snotty, you're still contagious. In any case, if you're sick you should probably take it easy for a bit. But it's good of you to think of others! Wish my co-workers were as considerate ...

Hi Jitter, If you are motivated to exercise, do it - something at home or a walk if the weather isn't too bad (we have gloom and 15 degrees :( )

It is so great that you think of others. For me it is a HUGE deal, to avoid the germies because I have special needs children and something a bit icky for one person can turn into a huge life altering deal for my kids. SO... It makes me so happy to see this. I hope you feel better soon.
