First day after 14 days ,,I ate in Surplus of 700 calories,,All came from chicken(good side of it),,,So I m gonna get out of this regret As Soon As Possible.......
So ITS 2:20Am in morning, Taking a challenge to complete 50,000 Steps today on my Apple watch. Will get started around 4am. I hope I would be able to create 2500 Calories deficit Today.
All i Have:
1 Scoop of Amino Energy 2 Scoop of BCAA 2 Scoop of Whey Protein and My most beloved 1 km Circumference Park.
I Am excited,,ll update u how it went?

Have done 30,607 so far(25.64km) From 2:45 am to 7:27 am,,,Sprinting+Waliking.......... returned home to recharge my Apple Watch..as it was switched Off.
