Went wayy over my RDI yesterday. I suppose I need to calculate how much I went over and compensate by eating less today. But, I've noticed that it isn't possible unless I eat healthy. I just remain hungry and then eat whatever I can lay my hands on. Gah!

Addendum: I have planned the day out for now. I just hope that I am able to follow it. Wish me luck!
