Hi Heather, THANK YOU! Though I'm afraid I may not be doing it the correct way. I have, for some time now, limited my food intakes to only one meal per day (and sometimes a small snack e.g. a biscuit later on), with 2 hour exercise per day without fail. This is wrong I know as I won’t be able to sustain this for an indefinite period of time. I still need to make the lifestyle change, and I honestly don’t know how... Time will tell I guess...
