It's been 2 weeks counting calories and I can't seem to stay on track without binging. I'm going to try Keto because I think that may be the only way I can stay with the low calorie counts without having a sugar crash. I noticed the binges are on carbs mainly so I think this may work. I'm giving it a 2 month go. What is it they say? Stupidity is trying the same thing and expecting different results? So time to try something different. I'm also only going to track here once a day because checking in multiple times a day makes the effort feel like too much and then I get discouraged because progress feels slower.
