Wo nya ringan sit up aja 30-40x pokoknya fokus perut soalny udah buncit sekali abis lahiran n nyusuin..

Makannya apa aja gak dibatasin yg ngebatasin kalori aja n jam makan ocd, 1000-1200kal sehari kadang dibawah 1000, masih makan nasi, gorengan, dll sama minum air 2L sehari
