So I have been a little bad. I have not been keeping to my cals and I have had sugar again. not very bad ones but it was sugar. So now I have to start the sugar detox again. Very upset with myself. I know that it is the sugar that messes with my body and that is also why I have been over eating for two days. So back to the drawing board. I need serious motivation today.
