A big loss after just two days of no evening snacks and no alcohol - this is clearly the way to go and I've seen it before, so why is it so hard? I feel better, more awake and energised, yet still the beer and chocolate beckon. I need to get into the mindset I had at the beginning of this journey and cut those things out completely during the week, then just enjoy them in moderation on a Friday or Saturday evening. I feel determined now, but I know from experience that it's easier said than done.

I'm right there with you. It's so easy to disregard the good habits, but once we do right we realize why we should do this all the time. We feel better in so many ways. Well done!

You describe me to a tee, Earthygirl...my problem seems to stem from losing sight of the goal, giving in just a little, and then going whole hog (pun intended, lol). I have to say that FS has gotten me thinking and analyzing these things much more, and it's such a good feeling to know I'm not alone...I've said it all along, we're a kindred spirit...ALL of us who struggle with weight issues...and you're right, it's easier said than done. We must take strength and courage from each other. We can do this!
