Help! I'm not trying to go Keto, I'm just trying to watch portions, overall calories, low fat, lower carb intake, moderate protein. My macronutrient breakdown is like this: 1200 calories, 45% protein, 40% carbs, 15% fat. I know my body soaks in carbs and fat like a sponge. Do you guys think this is a reasonable breakdown? I'm trying to gradually lose about 70 lbs. Lost about 40 so far but I've hit a wall it seems.
