I have been exercising at a gym for 30 minutes 4 to 5 days a week for the past month. I walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and I ride a stationery bike for 10 minutes. I feel so much better now that I have lost nearly 25 pounds and I'm exercising. I actually miss it on the 2 days a week that I don't go.
