Well, back from holidays with a 10 lbs gain... 2 weeks vacation all inclusive...great food... mostly low carbs were eaten, but lots of alcohol was had 🍷🎄🎆🎉🍸😁.....
So now.....starting today... it's fasting for 500!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
