Has anyone doing Keto had any success timing carbs for performance sports like hockey or soccer?

I'm not doing keto but if I have protein before and after exercise I feel like it makes a difference.

Thanks , that does help for exercise while in ketosis as long as my heart rate doesn't go higher than 120. Any higher than that I need carbs.
