A new start in my journey. I need to clock another 15 kg loss this year. Should I lose 1 kg per week, that's 20 weeks of strict diet. Given that the weight tends to yoyo a lot. So the earlier I start the better.
I'm proud that for the last 3 months I have managed to keep my weight stable without actively being on a diet. This proves I can sustain myself on the good food habits learned so far.
