Day 8 without sweeties cookies chocolate or chips. It is getting a little easier. I had the dreaded sugar detox headaches yesterday so I am hoping the worst is over. I am feeling good with my progress so far. Even if the scale doesn't show it yet. my jext weigh in is only on the 14th because my personal trainer said so. Strong and steady.

keep it up Lesyarademan - giving up sweeties,cookies,chocolates or chips is so hard. sorry to hear about the detox headaches. have you noticed any chanegs in your skin since cutting down/removing sweeties,cookies,chocolates or chips from your diet.please keep us updated on your progress and good luck with your upcoming weigh in

that is a difficult thing to do! good job..I completed day 1 of my low calorie low carb program
