So after talking to the dr and hearing that my blood sugar has gone up I’ve decided to start watching what I eat. Like how much sugar it contains....an egg has sugar? Who knew? And it was really a bad time of year (the day after Christmas) to have blood tested. It’s probably filled with Christmas cookies! but I know that I’m overweight and really need to lose those extra flabs around the tummy area. Fingers crossed and scales (food and body) get ready!
