Hi there. I am starting again after the Christmas madness. Today was day one and did well so far. I am at my worst later in the day with the munchies. I am looking for other women that also has 44kg or round about to loose that we might inspire each other to stay on track. so who is game??

Good. Let us do it in 2018....if you check my history....I lost weight up to 99 kg and picked it up again. i have started yesterday on LCHF although there are 2 more parties coming. What plan do you use to shed the weight and do get some exercise? My best tip would be if you need to snack or eat something.....always pick a protein ☺

I exercise everyday. My best friend is a personal trainer. It is my eating habits that need help. I try not to cut any food group but to watch my calorie intake. I am not sure if I am too strict. Today I am over 1500 and I am hungry. So I am having a coffee to fill me up.

I'm halfway with 20kg lost and need to go another 20, I'm taking a break till 8 Jan from Bootcamp, but can't wait to be back, I count calories and avoid sugar, alcohol and carbs..

Let me know if you want me to create a group or maybe we can make our own challenge. Then we can keep tabs on each other. I surely need it. Even though I had a bad day yesterday I did not resort to sweets and chips like I normally do. That to me is a win.

I understand Angie. I have 44 if my last weigh in is still about right. I am going to try and focus on 5kg at a time. I am already planning my 80kg reward. I am convinced I am going to reach it

Hi I would like to lose about 25kg. if you ladies create a group I would like to join. I had a hysterectomy and gained weight since then. I am very concerned that it wont be as easy for me to lose weight as before. but 1kg at a time

Hi there... 60kg to lose... I'm 40 and my body isn't reacting like I know it. I was walking in the mornings but have decided I need to start up again. eating alone isnt gonna get me through the loss. Id be happy to chat and hopefully gain some insight from you ☺
