Just checked my wedding app and we have 150 days till our wedding date. It’s getting closer and it definitely reminds me that I must stick to this. My wedding isn’t the only reason I’m trying to lose weight. Since my fiancé and I got together I have gained 25lbs of “happy weight” lol. He’s gained 30lb. I think he still looks handsome lol. My point is I’m glad to be taking control of my health and I’m looking forward to losing as much as I can. My mother was always very over weight and she died very young. Diabetes and heart disease are just a few of her health problems . She was only 44. I don’t want the same to happen to me. I want to live for my family, my daughter and hopefully, my future children.
