hello and welcome to Wednesday.. and Happy St Patty's Day! Yesterday was a long long long work day.. not just the hours but overalll felt like it would never end.. I didn't eat like I should.. only in the fact that I had breakfast, lunch and a snack and then I didn't get a chance to eat again for 10 HOURS!!!!! ( i have some words that I wn't use here that I was grumbling last night) so when I finally had a real chance to eat somethin (I was drinking water during this time period, I had a half gallon of water during that time)it was 11 o'clock, i was starving, knew I shouldn't eat that late, but was starving!! so I started grabbing lunch meat and cream cheese and this and that and ate.. and well HELLOOOOO today i'm back up.. a lb.. but it is fine. It will happen. I will lose it again, and maybe see it again, but I hope not. today I am cheery... trying to figure out how to get all errands done during lunch and right after work.. hope everyone is having a great day!!!
