What time do you guys weigh in? Is it better in the morning or evening? I started weighing myself at 9am but I kinda think maybe it would be better in the evening to see if I made improvement. ..

I do mornings, but I’ve actually found that when I weigh myself in the afternoon, I weight less than in the am. But am let’s me figure out any funky patterns (too much salt, etc)
