The last couple weeks have been difficult. Holiday foods all over the place. So hard for me to resist. I gained 5 pounds. Seemed over night this happened. I am so unhappy. I remember a few years ago, I was 20 pounds lighter, I had lost 55 pounds. Now it is creeping back on. Seems my tactics back then are not working now. My appetite is just out of control. I do continue to exercise every day.
