Its so crazy that I am down another 4 pounds!! To me it doesnt look like ive lost 10 pounds but I do feel so much better! I have more energy, almost too much energy! I find myself up later, compared to before being tired right away around 2pm. I only have 10 more pounds to go!! I cant wait to say I am under 130 pounds!!!
