Just got back on the wagon of almost a year. I had lost a tiny bit of weight and thankfully kept that off. Here goes to a successful run with this way of eating. My health is feeling worse, heart palpitations, sluggishness, and a general feeling of unwellness. So I know that in a couple of weeks I'll be feeling so much better.
