Even after a few days of not doing the right thing I have managed to get to 88kg. I have now broken the habit of eating between meals. Virtually eliminated milk from the diet and eat very little meat. Work has generally got very busy in the last few weeks which helps burn calories and keep me away from food. The most important thing for me is with the food diary which lets me see how many calories i am consuming. I have set myself a target of 1000 cals per day and this works. And best of all I feel really good.!!!
