Changed my RDI to 1300. I try to stay bellow 1500 anyway, but hope this will add some incentive to watch calories more carefully. This will provide me with expected 484 cal deficit based on my calculations. Let us see how it works. I do not plan to never get over, but will strive to not get over 1400. My BMR is 1784 based on current weight.
