YEOOOO.

I started a challenge today. Its called Only eat HALF!! (Click and check it out). The reason I want to do this challenge is because I find it so hard to stop eating once I'm full. Pretty much what ever is on my plate I will finish and even though the food might not necessarily be "bad" to begin with, there is no reason to keep eating once you're full. So I hope some more people join.

No running today, I'm gonna let my legs heal a little bit. I am thinking about going for a walk later though. Also I was thinking about wearing my hiking sneakers next time I go running and see how my feet feel. They are Nike ACG. They are super light and have so many miles on them.

I did my P90X chest and back today. I did so many push ups today I could barley lift my arm in the shower; needless to say there is a line of dirt where my neck begins!!! HAHA JK.Its killing me not having anywhere to do pull-ups. I really need to come up with something.I will start going to the park soon and doing them there but it still sucks because I want to do them as part of my P90X exercises.

Anyway I'm starving! its 1:13P motherfreakin M and I still haven't eaten yet. I better get on that. I'm thinking about getting some Boston Market. Mmm!
