I started reading Common Sense Keto on Facebook last week. I am starting to understand what I have been doing wrong for the last five months. I was trying to stay at 20% protein, 75% fat and 5% carbs on only 1100 or less calories a day. I wasn't losing weight and I felt awful. I have upped my calories to what the carb counter says and I feel 👍 and the weight is starting to move down. I'm having trouble wrapping my head around the idea of eating 2000 + calories a day and losing weight. I will just go with it for now.
