Weigh at 207. That cruise really did me in. I actually look bigger. I also have several holiday parties lined up.
I'm throwing my hat in and just doing what I can until the holiday's are over.
Trying to keep up with my push-ups + squats but I've been a total failure this week. Busy at work and motivation, holiday business is really making it hard.
I am doing as much as I can but it's been between 50 -75.
