OK, it is Sunday again and I am sticking with the double calories on Sunday plan. I over exercised because I was feeling guilty and had to move my exercise walk with my mother to Monday because I use the little red arrow to show me my big Sunday days on the calendar. Even though this diet plan makes me a little nervous, I am glad I am doing it. First, it is the first time I have ever been able to binge guilt free and that is nice. I actually have trouble hitting the recommended calories. Second, this works well because I know when I am struggling during the week that I only have to make it to Sunday to eat what I want. The plan seems to be working because I am down five pounds.
