I start the 90-day challenge at the gym on the 22nd. Every month I will be checked to see how much body fat & muscle I have. I've got to keep going coz 49% body fat is a LOT. That has made me disgusted with food, and with what I have done to my body. No more. I AM definitely in this to change my life.
