I almost cried today because I’m so tired of being fat. I know I do not like most healthy food and some of it is too expensive. I have to come up with a plan. Until then I will eat 3 small meals a day and stick with a low carb, low fat, low sugar diet. Also, I want to exercise a few times a week and see where that gets me. 11/27/17
