I realized today that watching serving sizes may actually help cut down the size of our grocery bill. Before starting my diet, all of the Hamburger Helper my hubby and I had last night would have been gone. I would have eaten half, and he would have eaten the other half. Last night, my hubby and I stuck to servings, and there was enough leftover for me to have a serving for my lunch.
