I feel STUCK - I keep going between 230 and 235 back and forth. I am stepping up my training - three times a week and working hard, my new trainer is Heather - she's bringing out the competyitive side of me. I can now do 135 push ups from the knees, 39 push ups from the toes. I surpassed my Max 10 on the chest press at 80lbs, and did 15 leg extensions at 130 lbs. LOVING the challenges!! Eating - really need to get back on track as I am getting slack with journalling my food and also not measuring everything like I should, Yesterday was a carb-coma day - 2 slices of cake, 2 slices of greasy pizza, pasta at lunch - just BLAH. Today I am starting to turn it around. I need to really boose my protein and lower my carbs. I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
