Ok so last night i ate way too much chicken! But it was soo good. I got right to 32 points. I would have went over if I did not go to bed early. I am going to go to the dollar store later and see if i can get a cheap scale. I need to know if what I am doing is working. I know i am eating less of certain things and eating healthier things instead, but i do not know if i am losing weight. The last itme i weighed myself was at my grandma's house a few weeks ago. It said 250, then when i moved a little it said 0, then it went to 150. 250 ius what i weighted back in January, so i think the first number was most accurate lol. But still. Tonight will be hard for me. Saturday nights my husband and I drink and play games all night while my babys at her grandmas house. I shot of Vodka is 1 point. So i am going to have to limit myself to just a few shots with verry little juice or pop. Any suggestions about that anyone?
