8:10am Here in New Jersey. I'm getting ready to do my run for today. It gets easier every day. Yesterday was a piece of cake. My legs hurt though when I'm running, I don't know if I need new shoes or if they just have to get used to running? Another thing I have to contend with is the rain. It was raining yesterday too but I just started running so I can't afford to take any days off.
Yesterday I skipped my P90X so today I'm gonna do yesterdays exercises and tomorrow is rest day but instead I'll just do todays exercises. Anyway I better get moving before the rain picks up.
