My period started on Saturday, so of course I felt awful & it was incredibly hard to not indulge in my normal "monthly treats", but I stayed strong-- day #5 & loving every minute!!
52.2 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
