LOOKING FOR SOME INPUT:
So I was reading some articles (via internet) last night about keeping carb consumption to around 100 g per day. I have read similar info on other sites at various times. The basic thought is that less carbs means less sugar in the system. The more sugar in your system the less your body will release stored fat. Does anyone have any thought on this?

I do believe that it is not just about how many calories we take in, but also where those calories come from. In my long journey of losing weight I have stopped eating all junk food and fast food and desserts and drinks with sugar (almost completely). I have been struggling with this last bit of fat. Maybe this bit of info on carbs will be the trick to losing this last bit?
