Today I joined two (2) challenges.
The first one starts tomorrow, Monday, April 23, 2012 to walk for fifty (50) minutes a day for two (2) weeks. I just bought new sneakers yesterday and I am ready to go. I talked to my friend, she said she'll walk the track but I don't know about fifty minutes for her. We'll see. At least it will give me a buddy start.

The second challenge starts on Tuesday, April 24, 2012. I will substitute a shake for breakfast every morning for the next two (2) weeks. I have my own mix - 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop protein whey chocolate (Biggest Loser) and ice. I'm always in a hurry so this might work out good.

Wish me luck. I hope these challenges help me lose weight. This is my twelfth (12) day on Aitkens - lost 5 lbs the first week - nothing since!
