Ihave been on Atkins for 10 days - I lost 5 pounds in the first 7 days. Today I feel bloated. If I get on the scale tomorrow, I probably have gained the same 5 pounds back.
Now I will try and log my carbs on this site because logging carbs on the Atkins site is very difficult.
We'll see where it gets me. I am willing to try for as long as it takes.
