Well....wish me luck.....here I go again. Gained alot more wait since being off my diet for awhile (about a year now). I'm going to try this again!!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
