Welcome to the first day of the rest of my life!

I just finished signing up and here I go. I can't remember who said this but success is continuing to fail without losing your enthusiam and will to succeed. If that is true, I am a real success having tried them all and failed.

This time around, I am committing to a vegan diet with occasional fish entries.

It really makes sense for my health but also for the environment.

Breakfast was delicious! I love those blueberries.

Dieting is not a sprint it is a long slow process and I have decided to just stick with this diet for one year and after that I will see where I am. It takes time especially if you are my age of 55. Last night I did myself a huge favor and double my walking distance. That is always good more exercise. Good luck.

You're telling me! I am 56 going on 16 and once I hit fifty things really changed. Thanks for the encouragement. You are the first person to respond to me.
