I am on weight watchers because I enjoy the idea of being able to eat all food groups. Does anyone meal prep? (WeightWatchers and non WeightWatchers people)

Not sure where to start...
113 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 38 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
