Good Morning FS,
Welcome to the first day of the rest of our lives! I posted a picture on my home page of a sort of timeline, if you will. I wasn't seeing a difference, til my DH put together this picture, if you get a free moment, check it out. I'm off to Zumba land. Love and missed y'all! :-)

I did 1 hour of Zumba with 2.5 pound weights on each ankle and 2.5 pound toning sticks! Then I did 1.5 hours dancing around the house while I was cleaning! I think I may be back! :-)
